What you\'ll do
  • Timing Logistics and Control Room coordination during live events, live studio shows and pre-recorded items
  • Prepares and maintains show lineups and other required paperwork, prints scripts, screens and times items that are ready for air, noting any necessary information and informing all affected personnel of any changes or revisions
  • Coordination between Master Control and the Production department
  • Confirm the correct Sponsorship items air within the live event/show
  • Provides Production support for the show director, producer and editorial staff
  • Attends production meeting and provides input regarding program and commercial content
  • Remote Coordinates live segments from multiple locations and press conferences as required
  • Ensures basic production continuity
What you\'ll bring
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a live television environment, specifically a control room
  • Understanding of Master Control an asset
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to provide clear and concise direction in a short period of time
  • Excellent computer skills, experience with QSeries or iNews an asset
  • Ability to multi-task, and capable of making a quick decision under pressure
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to adapt to change
