Zusammenfassung

EMAGE is seeking a Business Development Manager/Director to drive growth in the Canadian power transmission market. You will identify opportunities across Canada, build relationships with utilities and EPCs, and lead commercial negotiations to secure projects.

You will collaborate with EMAGE HQ engineering and project teams to tailor solutions, maintain a strong pipeline, and meet regional targets while travel is required to cover designated provinces and national opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in the Canadian power transmission market, particularly in overhead transmission line projects.
• Experience in project management or commercial BD roles.
• Fluent English; French language skills are an advantage for Québec markets.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute business development strategies for the Canadian power transmission market across nationwide opportunities or designated provinces.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in HV and EHV transmission projects (e.g., 115kV–735kV).
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at utilities, EPCs, engineering firms, and developers.
• Monitor provincial transmission plans, projects, procurement activities, tenders, and market developments within the territory.
• Lead customer engagement, commercial negotiations, and strategic partnerships to secure opportunities.
• Collaborate with HQ engineering, commercial, and project teams to promote technical solutions and support acquisitions.
• Maintain an active project pipeline, provide market intelligence and sales forecasts, and drive regional targets.
