• Assist with Business case lite creation.
• Budget management, planning and reporting.
• Working with stakeholders on updates and progress.
• Assisting with WBS structures.
• Managing Steer Co.
• Risks and issues management.
• Managing portfolio of work through client's delivery framework.
• Identify opportunities for improvement.
• Feed into overall portfolio managed by Delivery Assurance.
• Understanding business needs with portfolio initiatives and prioritization.
• Identify initiative convergence opportunities.
