Responsibilities include customer interactions via ticketing, email, and live chat, as well as collaboration with developers. Candidates should be fluent in English with a passion for gaming and customer service. The position offers a full-time schedule with competitive hourly pay of $17.95, along with employee benefits such as health and dental care.
