Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Client Service Representative to join the Personal and Business Banking Team in a fast-paced banking centre. You’ll help clients with daily transactions, answer questions, and connect them with the right specialists.

This on-site, full-time role may require work evenings and weekends and travel between centres within a reasonable distance. You thrive on client engagement, problem solving, and using technology such as mobile banking apps to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• Client engagement and service skills to assist clients with accounts and products.
• Ability to connect clients to the right team members to achieve financial goals.
• Comfort with using mobile banking applications and digital tools to enhance service.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with day-to-day banking needs and transactions.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide a positive client experience.
• Proactively connect clients with appropriate professionals and services.
• Be available to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, on-site.
