Job summary

CIBC Thompson is seeking a Client Service Representative to join the Personal and Business Banking Team. You will work in a fast-paced banking centre helping clients with everyday banking needs and guiding them to the right solutions.

You’ll engage with customers, resolve issues, and leverage mobile banking tools. The role requires flexibility to hours including evenings and weekends, with on-site work and occasional travel between centres within a reasonable distance.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing banking or customer service.
• Ability to manage client accounts and product knowledge.
• Willingness to work variable banking centre hours.
