Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Client Service Representative to join the Personal and Business Banking Team in the Leaside Banking Centre. You will be the first line of support for clients, handling transactions, answering questions, and connecting clients with the right colleagues to help them reach their financial goals.

You’ll engage with clients to deliver a great experience, adapt to centre hours including evenings and weekends, and work on-site full-time while traveling to nearby centres as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with day-to-day banking needs and questions.
• Answer questions, assist with transactions, and connect clients to the right team members.
• Be on-site full-time and flexible to work at multiple centres within a reasonable travel distance.
