On-site full-time role with flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and coverage across multiple banking centres within travel distance.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage clients and understand their banking needs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with using mobile banking and digital tools.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada for Vancouver location.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to manage accounts and banking products.
