Wage:$65,000 – $80,000/year depending on experience.

Job Description
Our customer is seeking a highly professional, detail-orientedExecutive Personal Assistantto support the CEO/President in managing a dynamic schedule, high-level communications, and strategic personal and professional commitments. This role requires a proactive and trustworthy individual capable of operating with the highest level of discretion, efficiency, and business acumen.
Responsibilities to include the following, but not limited to:
- Manage and optimize the executive’s calendar, including internal and external meetings, travel, and key deadlines.
- Coordinate complex travel logistics (domestic and international), ensuring seamless itineraries and contingency planning.
- Screen and manage incoming communications (emails, calls, meeting requests), triaging priorities and drafting responses when appropriate.
- Prepare executive briefing materials, reports, agendas, and presentations.
- Facilitate internal and external communications between the executive and stakeholders.
- Track and follow up on action items, projects, and strategic initiatives to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with confidential personal matters (e.g., scheduling personal appointments, handling VIP travel, ).
- Support the executive in maintaining work-life balance, including managing personal commitments that overlap with business needs.
- Assist with event planning, reservations, and coordination of social engagements.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external contacts.
- Support with household management and coordination
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration preferred
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a similar role supporting a high-level executive; experience supporting a founder, chairman or C-suite executive is strongly preferred
- Valid G driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Google Suite, and experience working with web-based business and office applications.
- Initiative to remain current with changing technologies, tools and practices used in a modernized, 21st century office environment.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
