Your Team

Join the Digital Marketing team at Flair as a Performance Marketing Analyst, a curious and data-driven marketer with a passion for hands-on execution and continuous optimization. In this role, you will support the day-to-day execution and performance of key digital marketing channels, including email, push and browser notifications, and paid search, helping keep campaigns healthy, responsive, and moving quickly. The Performance Marketing Analyst will thrive in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment, contributing to experimentation, performance reporting, and ongoing optimization to scale high-impact digital campaigns. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Strategy & Growth Manager, owning tactical execution while developing a strong foundation in performance marketing strategy, analytics, and campaign optimization. This role plays a meaningful part in driving growth through disciplined testing, thoughtful analysis, and timely execution. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Strategy & Growth Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners, bringing attention to detail, a learning mindset, and the ability to balance speed with accuracy. The ideal candidate is early in their performance marketing career, enjoys being hands-on, and is motivated by seeing data turn into measurable results. This role is based on-site at our Vancouver, BC (YVR) office.

A Day In The Life
  • Execute ongoing campaign optimizations, including bid adjustments, budget pacing, keyword expansion, negative keyword management, and ad copy testing.
  • Build and manage incremental ad experiments under strategic direction.
  • Monitor performance trends through regular reporting and proactively flag anomalies, risks, or growth opportunities.
  • Build, schedule, test, and deploy email campaigns, automated journeys, triggered messages, and push or browser notifications using Netcore or similar platforms.
  • QA campaigns to ensure accuracy across content, segmentation, links, and tracking.
  • Monitor performance metrics and troubleshoot issues related to deliverability, suppression, or audience segmentation.
  • Execute A/B and multivariate tests, including subject lines, send times, content blocks, and cadence, and document results and learnings.
  • Implement and validate UTM tagging and analytics tracking across campaigns.
  • Monitor landing page performance and identify tracking gaps or data anomalies.
  • Partner with analysts and engineers to pull, maintain, and update recurring performance reports across SEM, email, push, and attribution.
  • Assist in documenting experiment results and performance insights.
  • Surface early trends and observations to support data-informed decision-making.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc analysis requests across the business when needed.
  • Own tactical execution, allowing senior stakeholders to focus on strategy and higher-level optimization.
  • Help scale the experimentation roadmap by increasing testing volume and velocity.
  • Act as a reliable right hand in maintaining day-to-day campaign health and performance.
  • Provide continuity across channels while multiple initiatives run in parallel.
  • Share initial insights that inform future optimization and strategic recommendations.
What You Bring To The Role
  • Education:
    • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience:
    • One to three years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
    • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and or email marketing platforms.
    • Experience with lifecycle or marketing automation platforms such as Netcore or tools.
    • Exposure to push or browser notification channels.
    • Familiarity with UTM tagging, conversion tracking, and attribution concepts.
    • Experience working in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments.
    • Experience in airline marketing, destination marketing, or travel and tourism marketing.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Foundational understanding of A/B testing, performance metrics, and optimization principles.
    • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and performance reports.
    • Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, dashboards, or similar tools.
    • Ability to identify performance trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
