PAY RATE: $82,792.50 - $87,150 Per Year

The Human Resources People Relations Partner Specialist I will join the HR team in providing the needed employee relations experience necessary to maintain ongoing employee and management employee relations needs as well as project support as VOALA continues its growth. This is a hands‑on position that will be primarily involved in front‑line interaction with program managers and staff – in communications, coaching and relationship building. This is an individual contributor role.
