We streamline administrative tasks, so our clients can focus on meaningful work. As our Payroll Specialist, you will collaborate with the Operations, Sales, and Product teams to improve Knit's processes and ensure that all clients receive exceptional service.

As our prospective Payroll Specialist, you will work closely with the Operations, Sales, and Product teams to enhance Knit's processes and deliver a fantastic customer experience!

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support and troubleshooting to clients
  • Managing the onboarding of new clients
  • Organizing projects across departments to meet deadlines
  • Becoming a platform expert and training others
  • Managing payroll and audit functions for multiple clients
  • Scheduling and running client payrolls following SOPs
  • Maintaining accurate client profiles and processing instructions
  • Using internal tools to ensure productivity and service quality, and recommending best practices
  • Conducting pre- and post-production calls with clients
  • Performing quarterly and year-end audits, including file reviews
  • Providing statutory payroll information, such as tax filings, using knowledge bases and resources
  • Suggesting improvements to enhance client experience
  • Collaborating to improve organizational processes for scalability
