A leading wholesale distributor in Port Coquitlam is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Analyst to manage payroll processes and benefits administration. The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience, strong HRIS knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. This role involves processing payroll, maintaining compliance, and producing analytic reports in collaboration with finance. The position is onsite 5 days a week, and compensation ranges from $28.13/hr for temporary roles to $58,500 for permanent employment.
We’re looking for a Payroll & Benefits Analyst to support full-cycle payroll, benefits, and HRIS operations. Our client is open to considering candidates only seeking permanent employment or those immediately available to start for an initial 1–3 month temporary assignment.

The Payroll & Benefits Analyst is a key member of the HR and Finance teams, responsible for accurate end-to-end payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS (Dayforce) operations across a global workforce. This role ensures compliance, supports financial reporting, and maintains smooth HR processes that align with organizational goals.
For temp assignment: $28.13/hr - $34.38/hr + 4% vacation pay
For permanent role: $58,500 - $71,500
Port Coquitlam, BC, 5 days onsite.
