Solis optics is hiring a Patient Services Specialist at our Calgary location. This part-time casual role (0–19 hours per week) requires weekend availability and offers a dynamic, customer-focused environment with opportunities for growth.

You will greet customers, manage check-in/out, assist with appointments, handle billing, and ensure a positive experience in-store. Joining our team means contributing to a collaborative culture and ongoing training.

Qualificações

• Previous retail experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with customers and providing exceptional experiences.

We're hiring to fill a current vacancy, join our team at Calgary - 130th Ave - partners of solis optics, as a Patient Services Specialist!

In this role you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, making an impact on people’s lives in a fun, supportive, dynamic, and rewarding environment.

This position is a casual role working 0 to 19 hours per week. Our location is open Monday to Sunday. Weekends availability is mandatory.
