As part of FYihealth Group, you will engage customers across in-person, phone, and email channels, coordinate appointments, handle billing, and ensure smooth patient flow in a busy optical retail environment. This role emphasizes collaboration and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers.
• Collaborative, adaptable and proactive team player, flexible with priorities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers, manage check-in/out.
• Engage with customers in person, by phone, and via email.
• Coordinate appointments and prepare prescription printouts.
• Manage billing and payments for patients, insurers and others.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to create a positive experience.
• Support store operations with additional duties as required.
