Solis optics in Calgary is hiring a Patient Services Specialist to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced optical retail environment. This full-time role (30-40 hours per week) involves greeting customers, coordinating appointments, and handling prescriptions and payments.

You will work on-site at our Calgary location, collaborate with a friendly team, and benefit from ongoing training and career development opportunities as you help customers choose eyewear and ensure a smooth checkout

Formación

• Retail experience is considered an asset.

• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite.

We're hiring to fill a current vacancy, join our team at Calgary - 130th Ave - partners of solis optics, as a Patient Services Specialist!

In this role you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, making an impact on people’s lives in a fun, supportive, dynamic, and rewarding environment.

This position is a full-time role working30-40 hours per week. Our location is open Monday to Saturday.

• Greet and welcome customers, manage customer check-in and check-out
• Engage with customers in person, by phone, and via email

• Manage billing and payments for patients, insurers and other third parties
