Job summary

Resolve Sleep Health in Canada is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Oak Bay, BC. This term contract position runs through May 2027. You will be the first contact for patients, setting a positive tone and supporting our clinical team.

You’ll coordinate appointments, manage referrals, educate patients on sleep therapy and equipment, handle insurance claims and billing, and assist with product resupply. If you have healthcare or admin experience, strong customer service, and comfort with EMR

Experience in healthcare, administration or customer service.
Comfort with digital tools and EMR systems.
Second language is an asset.

Responsibilities

Welcoming patients and helping them navigate their care journey with friendly, high-quality service standards.
Coordinating appointments, managing referrals, and providing administrative support.
Educating patients on sleep therapy assessments, support and equipment.
Handling insurance claims, payments, and billing.
Supporting sales of therapy products and resupply.
Contributing to a clean, organized, and well-functioning clinic environment.
Acting as a role model and ambassador to the company by living our Resolve Sleep Health values.
