Job summary

Resolve Sleep Health in Oak Bay, BC is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for a term contract through May 2027. You will be the first contact for patients, coordinating care, guiding insurance and billing, and supporting our clinical team to deliver exceptional sleep health services.

You bring a passion for people, strong service skills, and comfort with EMR and digital tools. A team-first mindset and bilingual abilities are assets in a busy, empathetic clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Healthcare, administration, or customer service experience.
• Detail-oriented and quick learner in a busy clinic.
• Comfort with digital tools including EMR systems and virtual care.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guiding them through their care journey.
• Coordinating appointments, referrals, and administrative tasks.
• Educating patients on sleep therapy assessments and equipment.
• Handling insurance claims, payments, and billing.
• Supporting sales of therapy products and resupply.
• Ensuring a clean, organized clinic environment.
• Representing Resolve Sleep Health values as an ambassador.

We are currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinatorto join our team in Oak Bay,BC.This is a Term Contract position expected to continue until approximately May 2027.

In this important front-line role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients—setting the tone for a positive, supportive experience from start to finish. You’ll help keep the clinic running smoothly, support our clinical team, and play a key role in delivering excellent care.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming patients and helping them navigate their care journey with friendly, high-quality service standards
• Coordinating appointments, managing referrals, and providing administrative support
• Educating patients on sleep therapy assessments, support and equipment
• Handling insurance claims, payments, and billing
• Supporting sales of therapy products and resupply
• Contributing to a clean, organized, and well-functioning clinic environment
• Acting as a role model and ambassador to the company by living our shared Resolve Sleep Health values

What you bring:

• A passion for people and exceptional customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and a quick learner who thrives in a busy clinic
• A team-first mindset and a solutions-focused approach
• Previous experience in healthcare, administration, or customer service
• Comfort with digital tools, including attention to detail and accuracy in EMR systems, documentation and virtual care (training provided)
• Ability to communicate in a second language is considered an asset.
