Resolve Sleep Health in Corner Brook, NL is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to welcome patients and ensure a smooth clinic experience. You’ll coordinate appointments, manage referrals, assist with billing, and support our clinical team.

We are currently seeking an Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Cornerbrook, Newfoundland.

In this important front-line role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients—setting the tone for a positive, supportive experience from start to finish. You’ll help keep the clinic running smoothly, support our clinical team, and play a key role in delivering excellent care.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming patients and helping them navigate their care journey with friendly, high quality service standards
• Coordinating appointments, managing referrals, and providing administrative support
• Educating patients on sleep therapy assessments, support and equipment
• Handling insurance claims, payments, and billing
• Supporting sales of therapy products and resupply
• Contributing to a clean, organized, and well-functioning clinic environment
• Acting as a role model and ambassador to the company by living our shared Resolve Sleep Health values

What you bring:
