Job summary

Resolve Sleep Health in Chilliwack, BC, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for an in-clinic role. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping navigate their care journey and supporting the clinical team to deliver excellent care.

You will coordinate appointments, assist with insurance claims and billing, and educate patients on sleep therapy options while maintaining a welcoming clinic environment.

In this important front-line role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients—setting the tone for a positive, supportive experience from start to finish. You’ll help keep the clinic running smoothly, support our clinical team, and play a key role in delivering excellent care.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming patients and helping them navigate their care journey with friendly, high-quality service standards
• Coordinating appointments, managing referrals, and providing administrative support
• Educating patients on sleep therapy assessments, support and equipment
• Handling insurance claims, payments, and billing
• Supporting sales of therapy products and resupply
• Contributing to a clean, organized, and well-functioning clinic environment
• Acting as a role model and ambassador to the company by living our shared Resolve Sleep Health values

What you bring:

• Previous experience in healthcare, administration, or customer service
