Job summary

Resolve Sleep Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Guildford, Surrey, BC. You will be the first point of contact for patients, coordinating appointments, supporting clinical staff, and educating patients on sleep therapy options.

Ideal candidates have a passion for people, are detail-oriented, and comfortable with digital tools like EMR systems. Training is provided, and second-language skills are an asset.

• Supporting sales of therapy products and resupply.
• Contributing to a clean, organized, and well-functioning clinic environment.

We are currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Guildford, Surrey, BC

In this important front-line role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients—setting the tone for a positive, supportive experience from start to finish. You’ll help keep the clinic running smoothly, support our clinical team, and play a key role in delivering excellent care.

What you’ll be doing:
