Job summary

Resolve Sleep Health in St. John's, NL is seeking a part-time Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming, supportive experience from check-in to visit completion.

In this role you will coordinate appointments, assist clinical staff, explain sleep therapy options, process insurance and billing, and help with product resupply while upholding Resolve Sleep Health values.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, administration or customer service.
• Comfort with digital tools and EMR systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide high quality service.

We are currently seeking a part-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in St. Johns, Newfoundland.

In this important front-line role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients—setting the tone for a positive, supportive experience from start to finish. You’ll help keep the clinic running smoothly, support our clinical team, and play a key role in delivering excellent care.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming patients and helping them navigate their care journey with friendly, high quality service standards
• Coordinating appointments, managing referrals, and providing administrative support
• Educating patients on sleep therapy assessments, support and equipment
• Handling insurance claims, payments, and billing
• Supporting sales of therapy products and resupply
• Contributing to a clean, organized, and well-functioning clinic environment
• Acting as a role model and ambassador to the company by living our shared Resolve Sleep Health values
