Resolve Sleep Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Guildford, Surrey, BC. You will be the first point of contact for patients, coordinating appointments, supporting clinical staff, and educating patients on sleep therapy options.

Ideal candidates have a passion for people, are detail-oriented, and comfortable with digital tools like EMR systems. Training is provided, and second-language skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and helping them navigate their care journey with friendly, high-quality service standards.
• Coordinating appointments, managing referrals, and providing administrative support.
• Educating patients on sleep therapy assessments, support and equipment.
• Handling insurance claims, payments, and billing.
• Supporting sales of therapy products and resupply.
• Contributing to a clean, organized, and well-functioning clinic environment.
• Acting as a role model and ambassador to the company by living our shared Resolve Sleep Health values.
