We are currently seeking a casual part-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Hawkesbury, ON. Shifts guaranteed for daytime Fridays. Some travel may be required to the clinic in Orleans, ON.

In this important front-line role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients—setting the tone for a positive, supportive experience from start to finish. You’ll help keep the clinic running smoothly, support our clinical team, and play a key role in delivering excellent care.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming patients and helping them navigate their care journey with friendly, high quality service standards
• Coordinating appointments, managing referrals, and providing administrative support
• Educating patients on sleep therapy assessments, support and equipment
• Handling insurance claims, payments, and billing
• Supporting sales of therapy products and resupply
