Responsibilities
  • Taking orders for parts by telephone or in person at the technician and retail counters and through wholesale accounts.
  • Staging orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
  • Assisting in collection of data necessary for efficient inventory control.
  • Keeping department forms, menus and pricing guides up to date.
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Following dealership safety procedures and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.
  • Other duties as required by management.
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid G or G2 Ontario Drivers License and a good driving record.
  • High school diploma
  • Experience in retail or service industry with solid customer relationship management skills
  • Computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with effective time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in PBS and manufacturers online catalogues is an asset
