A growing HR firm in Kelowna is seeking an energetic Administrative Coordinator to provide essential support in a part-time role. The ideal candidate will manage schedules and communications to ensure seamless operations, support the Chief People Officer, and help with various administrative tasks. A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and exceptional communication skills are required. Hours will be flexible, and the starting wage is $24 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedules for meetings.
