Job summary

Indigo is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Representative to create a warm, welcoming store environment and engage customers on the floor. You’ll leverage products to tell stories, curate collections for customers, and uphold visual standards across our Canada stores.

You’ll work flexible hours, support health and safety, and contribute to a joyful customer experience while developing skills across retail operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required
• Adaptability, flexibility and a willingness to learn new things
• Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, with proper safety techniques
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings (if required)
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages an asset
