Job summary

Indigo is seeking a Customer Experience Representative - Seasonal to join our Mississauga store on a part-time, seasonal basis. You’ll support daily store operations from early mornings to evenings and help create a welcoming environment that adds joy for our customers.

You’ll engage with customers on the floor, curate product selections, and handle inventory and returns while embracing Indigo’s principles.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with proper safety techniques.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the store and assist during opening/closing hours (early mornings to evenings).
• Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage returns, shelve products, and process incoming merchandise.
• Engage customers on the floor, create visually appealing displays, and curate product collections for shoppers.
