Job summary

Indigo is seeking a Seasonal - Customer Experience Representative to create a warm, engaging in-store experience and tell stories through our products. You will connect with customers on the floor, curate recommendations, and promote our rewards program, all while upholding health and safety standards.

Ideally you have retail or customer service experience, can lift up to 40 pounds, and can work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, with proper safety techniques.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings (if required).
• Bilingual French/English is required in Quebec; other languages are an asset.
