Job summary

Indigo is seeking a customer-focused retail team member to help create warm, joyful experiences for shoppers in our Canadian stores. You will engage customers on the floor, curate product selections, and embody Indigo beliefs while upholding visual standards and safety practices.

The role requires flexibility to work diverse shifts, mobility on the sales floor, and the ability to lift items up to 40 pounds. Bilingual English/French is valued for Québec roles and other languages are an asset.

Qualifications

• Adaptability and flexibility to learn across store roles.
• Commitment to creating exceptional employee and customer experiences.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, with safe techniques.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays.
