Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required.
• Adaptability, flexibility and a willingness to learn new things.
• Commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the store (early morning to evening shifts).
• Conduct inventory counts, replenish stock, process returns, and receive merchandise.
• Use merchandising standards to create a visually appealing store.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment for customers.
• Engage with customers on the floor and tell product stories.
• Curate product collections for each customer you meet.
• Role model Indigo’s High Performance Characteristics.
• Respond to customer feedback promptly and take accountability.
