Job summary

Indigo is seeking a Seasonal - Customer Experience Representative to join our Canadian stores. You’ll help create a warm, welcoming shopping environment, tell stories about our products, and connect with customers on the floor.

This part-time role involves assisting customers, promoting our rewards program, and upholding Visual Standards while staying mindful of health and safety. For Québec, bilingual French/English is required; other languages are an asset.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic store environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 40 pounds.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required for Québec; other languages are an asset.
