Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or retail environment preferred but not required.
• Adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to learn all aspects of the store.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional employee and customer experiences.
• Ability to move on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with proper equipment and safety practices.
• Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights, and early mornings.
