Job description

Our trained technicians will repair your vehicle properly to pre-accident condition so that you can get back on the road safely.

Responsibilities of Autobody Painter:

  • Preparing surfaces for painting by eliminating old paint, filling in holes, and fixing damage
  • Blending paint hues to attain the intended outcome
  • Administering paint onto surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
  • Verifying adequate coverage and a flawless finish
  • Managing the upkeep of painting tools and equipment
  • Adhering to safety protocols and donning protective gear during work
  • 1+ years of proven experience as an auto body painter with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in color mixing, surface preparation, and various painting techniques.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of different types of paints, primers, and finishes, as well as their application methods.
  • Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and address painting issues or imperfections effectively.
  • Physical Stamina: Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Certifications: Relevant certifications or vocational training in auto body painting or a related field.
  2. Software Skills: Familiarity with computerized paint mixing systems and paint-related software is advantageous.
  3. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with other auto body technicians and professionals.
