Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize campaigns, and ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; decide when to pause a campaign.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for clients and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.
