Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, including budget allocation, bidding, testing and optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ability to move ROAS or CPA metrics with client walkthroughs.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
