Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set targeting, budget calls, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, making the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, control budgets, test creatives, track conversions, and craft 90-day roadmaps with clear client storytelling on calls.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Aufgaben

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers in client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
