Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Digital Advertising Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, bidding, testing, and attribution with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: campaigns built, ran and optimized.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across several clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day roadmaps and quarterly client narratives around performance.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring
