Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, roadmap, and narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, making the calls on performance. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and testing, and ensure accurate conversion tracking.

Qualifications

• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US/UK clients on calls.
• Ability to move ROAS/CPA/pipeline metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft for client accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing; decide when to pause campaigns.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present narrative behind the numbers.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationship building.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Social Media Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
