Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll set strategy, allocate budgets, and lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.

You will craft the 90-day roadmaps, report on performance, and manage client communications with a clear voice on calls in English. Remote role across NA, with a strong emphasis on ROAS growth and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements or pipeline growth track record.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Excellent spoken English for live calls with US clients.

Responsibilities

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
