You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budgets, bidding, tracking, and create the 90‑day roadmap with clear calls on growth. Excellent communication with US clients on live calls and agency experience across multiple accounts are

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers
• Agency experience managing multiple clients
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain numbers on calls.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
