Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budget, testing, tracking and the 90-day roadmaps for client success, fostering retention and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly client roadmap and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
