Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead the targeting, budget calls, and narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice in the room.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget allocation and creative testing, and own attribution and roadmaps. Clear English on live calls with US clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience budgeting, bidding, targeting and creative testing.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting and testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution (GA4, Tag Manager, platform pixels).
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and communicate the story behind the numbers.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
