Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Search Engine Marketing Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You are the strategic voice at the table, owning targeting, budget calls, the roadmap, and the client narrative.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with responsibility for budgeting, bidding, testing and optimization. Remote work is offered for USA, Canada, Latin America or South Africa.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, building, running and optimizing campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements across multiple client accounts.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.

Responsabilités

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and know when to pause a campaign.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and narrate the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
