Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to own our paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set budgets, craft roadmaps, and steer campaigns across multiple platforms with a strategic voice on client calls.

You bring 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta, a proven track record of ROAS improvement, and agency experience managing several clients simultaneously. Clear English on live calls with US clients is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Plan budgets, bids, targeting, and creative testing.
• Provide GA4/tag manager tracking and reliable attribution.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and tell the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Social Media Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
