Production Team Member - Stage 3 (Packaging)

Night Shift | 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM | $2/hr Shift Premium

Join our team as a Production Team Member in our Stage 3 Packaging Department, where you’ll help prepare premium raw dog food that pet parents trust and dogs love.

What You’ll Do

• Be a key player on our packaging line, helping prepare finished goods through filling and packing.
• Rotate through various stations to keep things fresh and dynamic.
• Refill packaging materials and inspect products to ensure top-notch quality and food safety.
• Keep accurate records for traceability using HACCP forms.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following sanitation procedures.
• Follow all GMPs, HACCP protocols, and health & safety guidelines.
• Jump in to support other duties as needed - we’re all about teamwork!

What You Bring

• Comfort working with raw meat and in cool/cold environments.
• Ability to lift 35–50 lbs and stay focused in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and great communication skills.

• Afternoon shift premium - $2/hour
• Eligible for Wage Progression: $19/hour starting rate, $20 at 6 months, $21 at 12 months, and annual reviews thereafter.
