Our team is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join the team in Kingston, ON. This person will be responsible for supporting residential HVAC customers. With the opportunity to join a highly engaged team focused on growing the business, the successful candidate will assist in the promotion of company products to generate increased sales and maintain great relationships with customers.

What you will accomplish with us:

• Provide product solutions for incoming inquiries.
• Review and evaluate plans and specifications.
• Determine residential HVAC equipment requirements to meet the individual client’s needs.
• Deliver dealer program offering to client.
• Provide the contractor with material lists and quotations thru written and verbal communication.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their full satisfaction, either verbally or in writing.

What You Bring to Our Team:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Post-Secondary education in HVAC or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate experience/knowledge in HVAC industry (an asset).
• Advance knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel).
• Comfortable working with ERP software.
• High level of commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated, organized, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to close sales and work under pressure.
• Good judgment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to problem solve and provide variable solutions based in customer needs and company objectives.
• Team player and ability to work independently
