Keycafe is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to engage potential customers across the United States and Canada, introducing them to the capabilities of the Keycafe SmartBox. You’ll be at the front line of the sales organization — generating pipeline, qualifying prospects, and setting up Account Executives for success.

What You’ll Do
  • Proactively reach out to targeted prospects via outbound calls, emails, and multi-channel outreach.
  • Qualify leads, understand pain points, and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
  • Manage and nurture early-stage opportunities from first contact through handoff.
  • Clearly articulate Keycafe’s SmartBox value proposition and how it solves operational challenges.
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly outreach and booking quotas.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and lead notes in CRM systems.

Who You Are
  • Proven experience as an SDR or in an outbound sales role.
  • Excellent spoken and written English with minimal accent.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections professionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed measurable sales targets.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Tech-savvy, curious about innovative B2B solutions, and quick to learn new tools.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B, or lead-generation environments.
  • Exposure to North American markets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sequencing tools.
  • Monthly base salary: $950–$1,050 USD, plus performance-based commissions.
