• Supervise and mentor the OSP construction staff and contractors.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.Evaluate and implement new technologies, methods, and best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the OSP construction operation
