Compensation

• Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis

What We Are Looking For

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from an accredited institution, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process
• Registered or in process of registering with the Alberta Dental Association and College
• Eligible to practice dentistry in Alberta
• New graduates welcome — mentorship provided
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for community-based care
• Commitment to providing 400+ hours of annual patient care (for loan forgiveness eligibility)
